The apartment is located in a historical building, which is quite rare in a city like Rotterdam! The living area is lit by two big windows on opposite sites: perfect to enjoy a cozy breakfast or an aperitif with natural light.

The apartment is situated in the neighbourhood of Bergpolder, in Rotterdam Noord. This is a green and residential area, which is is very safe and silent at night. The area is located at 6 minutes walk from the Eudokiaplein department store with restaurants and supermarkets. To reach the centre, you can either bike (5 minutes) or take the tram 25 for three stops.
