The space
This charming loft apartment has lots of space and light with a great atmosphere. We do not live there ourselves, but it is exclusively for our shortstay guests the whole year round. You will find the place is comfortably equipped with all necessities. Also, real wooden floors and wooden beam structure, a comfortable double bed, flatscreen TV with satellite connection, free wifi, and a modern kitchen. Extra beds available on request (including baby bed). The outside terrace (15 m2) on the sunny side, provides both a good outlook on the city center sky-line and privacy.

The apartment is located in a lively shopping street. Shops, supermarkets, and bistro's are very close by (50 m), open 7 days per week till 9 PM. You can do your laundry two doors down the road.
Close to Rotterdam Ahoy, which is famous for events, congresses, exhibitions and concerts.
