A designer's appt with 3 bedrooms & large garden

When I'm not in Rotterdam, will you enjoy my comfortable house with self designed and built furniture, 3 bedrooms and a huge garden with trampoline and swing? Located in a quiet part of town, but only 4 tramstops or 15 minutes walking from Rotterdam Central Station, and the city centre with its museums, shops, cafes and restaurants. At the same time it is also close to the popular Vroesenpark, the Zoo or the quiet landscape around the city.

The space
Compact and practical inside, generous and green outside, that's my one floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, large enough to fit 5 people. The master bedroom and one single bedroom face the garden, the other single bedroom looks out over the little square in front of the house.

The cosy living room has a sizable dinner table, a custom made lounge bench and friendly 1950s chairs. More custom made furniture can be seen in the bathroom with shower, and central hallway. Wifi, a desk and a large monitor are there
