Situated by the Groothandelsgebouw, in the heart of Rotterdam and at only two minutes away from the Central Station, the apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a four stories apartment block and it offers a breathtaking North, West and South view.
Because we can't be in Rotterdam during the IFFR, you can enjoy our beautiful place at a 5 minute walk from the Doelen entrance.

The apartment is spacious and clean. There are two floors to the apartment and the first of the two is not completed; that is I need to add new floors and remove some construction tools and material. Yet, due to the size of the apartment, all the essential are in place and your experience of the space will not be limited by it.
