It has a luxurious jacuzzi on front terrace which is included. Public transport is nextdoor and we offer cycling, breakfast & boating as optional services.

The space
"Wikkelen" is the Dutch word for wrapping; this boathouse (30m2) is mainly made of wrapped cardboard and it's loaded with luxury facilities. At both sides of the Wikkelboat a terrace of 6x2.5m2 is located, with a lounge set, seats to enjoy the view on the White House or to just jump into the water. You'll definitely enjoy the tranquillity at the water while being in the city heart of Rotterdam..and you won't notice it from the noise...the house is also well isolated

The Maritime District is the most beautiful area of Rotterdam; it has it all: musea (Maritiem Museum, Mariniersmuseum & Comics Museum), loads of ho(s)tels, many highraise buildings and great restaurants. The area is very safe, peaceful and quiet at streetlevel.
