Tiny Studio in Central District near C.S.

Our Tiny Studio with private entrance, is located near Central Station (200 meters) in the city center of Rotterdam. A 5 minute walk will take you directly into the heart of Rotterdam center. The Central Distict has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants and shops, musea and galleries. A perfect stay to explore the city of Rotterdam or Amsterdam by train! If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!

The space
The studio is recently rebuilt complete with bathroom and kitchinette|pantry. It is problably the nicest, sweetest and smallest studio (16m2) in the central district. Only 200m from Central Station. It has a private entrance and it is located in the garden of our corner house.

The kitchenette has a nespresso coffee machine, a watercooker, two induction cooking plates, a microwave, a tiny refrigerator and a hand held blender.

To save space, we have a Hemnes Ikea sofa bed.

The studio is located 200m from central station. Walking out the north side of CS you directly enter the beautiful historical Spoorsingel at which the main house is located. The area is rich of nice places to visit or hangout… like restaurants and lunchrooms and cultural places all within (short) walking distance like: Dakakker, The Luchtsingel Promenade, Hofbogen, Annabel, Schieblock, Biergarten, De Lijnbaan (shopping) and the Museum Area etc.
