Studio floor in Rotterdam-Noord in front of canal

10 MIN WALK TO CENTRAL STATION
We love to share one of our floors with people visiting Rotterdam. It's a studio floor with a kitchen & toilet in the living room. Studio room is facing beautiful green canal. Our home is located in the great neighbourhood 'Oude Noorden' with many new nice places. Guest capacity is ifor 2 people with double bed. Bathroom is shared. We sometimes use the studio floor (mostly for microvawe) not very often.

The space
It has 2 floors apartment. We live by upstairs and we love to host Rotterdam visitors in our 1st floor. 1st floor has it’s own living room, kitchen and toilet our floor also has it’s own. bathroom is shared. The entrance to the apartment is shared but whenever you entered in order to go the 2nd floor you need to turn right so entrance to the 1st floor is seperate. It has sofa, single bed (if you are 2 people we can arrange the 2nd bed) dining table, kitchen appliances, clothing storage area, only missing is there are

Super close to central station 10 min walk away. The location called Oude Noord
'Het Oude Noorden' is the most rising neighbourhood of Rotterdam with many hip cafe & restaurants. You can find super nice cafes with Western & Eastern food and small little pubs & breweries. And it’s surrounded by beautiful green canals. It's a peaceful neighbourhood not too much night noise and not much traffic.
