Other things to note
It is a dynamic neighborhood and the nightlife is not far away. You can go out just around the corner, but take into account some noise outside at night on weekends.

In the neighborhood is 'Kino', a cozy small cinema where you can also enjoy delicious food and drinks. The Kop van Zuid, the Kunsthal, the Maritime Museum: you can get there in no time with an OV bicycle!
