Spacious studio with roof terrace, beautiful view!

Enjoy the most lively part of Rotterdam! At walking distance from central station. Your studio is on the top floor of my sunny and bright house. There is a spacious bedroom with separate light walk-in shower and toilet. From your bedroom you can step onto the roof terrace with a view over the skyline of Rotterdam. You will have a lot of privacy, because we only share the entrance and the stairways. For an extra amount of 25,- a night you can rent a separate bedroom for a third guest.

The space
The floor is approximately 50m2. It is therefore a nice and large studio with a large double bed, a comfortable chair and a kitchen table with two chairs.

Guest access
You have access to your studio through the shared front door and the stairwell.

In your room there is a coffee machine and a kettle. There is cutlery and plates. There are many nice takeaway restaurants in the area that often also deliver to

The shops of the West-Kruiskade, the coffee bars of the Binnenweg and the city center are within walking distance (10 minutes). In the neighborhood is 'Kino', a cozy little cinema where you can also eat and have a drink. The Kop van Zuid, the Kunsthal, the Maritime Museum: you can get there in no time with by bike!
