Spacious studio, near City Centre / Rotterdam CS

Excellent starting point for trips in and outside the city.
Basically a one room apartment, with private bathroom (shower) and basic cooking facilities.
Located in a relatively quiet street with mostly enough (paid 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.) parking space.
A 10 minute walk from Rotterdam CS public transport hub, concerthall De Doelen, Theater De Schouwburg and the Blijdorp ZOO.
There is a roof terrace exclusively for our guests, with a 360° view of the city skyline.

The space
The room is about 26m2 and has an adjacent private bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. The toilet is in the hallway, and might also be used by the guests in the adjacent Studio.

There are facilities to make your own thee, coffee, or simple meal.

Guest access
Guests get a key of the front door which gives acces to the communal staircases. The room is located on the fourth floor.
Some guests find the stairs steep and/or narrow.

The neighbourhood was developed in the twenties and thirties of the 20th century. The street is very atmospheric with large trees and broad sidewalks, and most of the time enough parking space. On one end of the street there is a free accessable sports ground. On the other side it runs into the Heemraadssingel, a spacious area with a canal and a childrens playgroutd.
Two blocks away, the lively Middellandstraat has a multicultural atmosphere and wide range of shops, supermarkets, espressobars and lunchrooms.
