Spacious studio in a vibrant street in Rotterdam

Our studio is located in the famous and most vibrant street in the heart of Rotterdam, de Witte de Withstraat. Near the studio are various bars and restaurants, public transport, shopping area, supermarket,museum and much more. You’ll love my place because of the elegant and trendy interior, the city view, the location and the ambiance. My place is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and even parents with a kid.

The space
This modern 35 sqm. studio is located in a historical building which has survived the WW II bombings. It recently has been renovated and gives you a view in the hotspot of Rotterdam.

The large windows makes the place look even more spacious and light. You have private use of bathroom, washing machine, sofa, king-size bed and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Quooker, Nespresso machine and a combi microwave/oven. T

Witte de Withstraat is the place to be when visiting Rotterdam. It has many restaurants that are open till late and amazing bars with seating outside. It is a two minute walk to the nearest tube station and three minute walk to the shopping district.

Furthermore it is nearby the Coolsingel which houses the Rotterdam City hall, and it's nearby the shopping boulevard of the city. If you don't like the big shops you can also visite the small boutiques on the Van Oldenbarneveldstraat, Karel Doormanstraat or de Meent.
If you have a panache for art, local products or like to buy things from local artists, entrepreneurs, hobbyist/amateurs, the Witte de Withstraat is dotted with (vintage and pop-up) shops/boutiques & galleries that sell these.

It's a 10 minute walk from:
- the newly constructed Markthal, which you really should visite to buy some local products or eat something at the venues.
