You can now experience our lovely home in the heart of Rotterdam on a charming and cobbled street, that we recently, with love, renovated. You will stay in one of the newer properties on the street. The place is surrounded by houses dating back to the 1700s and 1800s and is close to all major attractions.

Welcome to this beautiful, newly renovated spacious house! Located in a historic building, this house has been restored with care and attention to detail. From the hallway, you enter the slightly higher living room with a beautiful oak herringbone parquet floor.

You should not be fooled by a fine kitchen; it has a timeless design with warm wooden elements and a black tabletop - good cupboards and table space - just to get started with the fantastic cooking art. The kitchen comes with Villeroy & Boch porcelain plates and design cutlery for an ultimate dining experience.

The Oude Noorden is full of surprises and with its urban hotspots hip, hipper, hippest! Streets such as Zwaanshals and Zaagmolenkade have a great range of fashion, food and design and thanks to the many catering establishments you can discover something new every evening. From special bistros, restaurants and coffee shops to your own beer brewery: there is something for everyone. Oude Noorden has several squares where events are regularly organized, such as the Rotterdam Harvest Market on Noordplein and sports and games facilities on Johan Idaplein. The Hofbogen, full of creative entrepreneurs, is also nearby. With a roof of 1.9 km long, the Luchtpark de Hofbogen is a unique experience for lounging in the open air. You don't have to look for green for long with the proximity of the Kralingse Bos and the banks of the Rotte. The house is close to supermarkets, schools and nurseries.
