The space
On the 3th floor you will find the comfy living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The balcony is a nice place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine.

The TV in the living room is a smart TV with a soundbar for watching movies. In the kitchen there is a Bose speaker to enjoy music during cooking.

On the 4th floor you will find a spacious bathroom with a tub and rain shower.

The bedroom ha comfortable boxspring beds (2 x 90 x 210 cm). They can be put together to create a kingsize bed. Trough the window there is a great view

Our house is located on one of the most popular streets of Rotterdam (de Meent). There are bars, restaurants and shops. The Market hall, Blaak, cube houses and Laurens Church are within walking distance.

On Saturday and Tuesday there is a big outside market on the Binnerotte. In front of our house the terraces are always filled with laughing people even on rainy days. True Rotterdam city life can be experienced here.
