Room 2.0 in family house Casa Rivera

Our maisonnette is situated ground floor in a nice, quiet neighbourhood near the centre of Rotterdam. The Central Station is at 10-15 min walking distance., the center of Rotterdam at 10 min. walking. We live in our apartment with our dog and 2 cats. We speak Dutch, English, and Spanish. The apartment is ground floor, has a livingroom and 4 bedrooms and a little patio.

The space
The bedroom is on the first floor, 4 m x 2.30 m. It has 2 beds. Option to put the beds separate or together. The room has a closet with a mirror, a small table, watercooker with tea/coffee. An extra matras may be put on the floor for a third person. The third person will pay 20 euro (breakfast included)

Guest access
We have 2 bicycles with lock for you to rent, 7,50 per day, per bike.
You can park in front of the apartment. We have a visitors parking permit, with which parking cost you around 70 cent an hour. Bus, tram and train is close to the apartment.

We live in an area with special architecture. The river Rotte streams through the neigbourhood which brings a bit of nature close to the house. It is a quiet place very close to the center, with all the tourist places close.
