Room 1.0 in family house Casa Rivera

Our maisonnette is situated ground floor in a nice, quiet neighbourhood near the centre of Rotterdam. The Central Station is at 10-15 min walking distance., the center of Rotterdam at 10 min. walking. We live in our apartment with our dog and 2 cats. We speak Dutch, English, and Spanish. The apartment is ground floor, has a livingroom and 4 bedrooms and a little patio. Your room is next to the toilet and livingroom/kitchen.

The space
The house is 108 m2, devided over 2 floors. Guest room, kitchen, livingroom, and toilet are on the groundfloor, the other bedrooms and shared bathroom are on first floor.

Guest access
Besides the guest room, you can use the bathroom, the kitchen and the bar.

Other things to note
We serve you a free breakfast in the morning. If there is any fear for dogs please let us know in advance. We are a family and live in our apartment. We like to share our facilities with guests.

We like our house very much because it is near the centre and near the multi cultural aera Rotterdam Noord.
