Apartment is in the center , you can easily walk to all attraction of Rotterdam. You have also very good public transport just on the corner of my street (1 minute walk). 10 minutes walk to central station and shopping district.

In my neighborhood you will find a lot shops,big supermarket, night shop, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops :)
