I live in a popular emerging cozy neighborhood where you can go out and can eat tasty. The central station and the center are to achieve a walking distance (10 minutes). Public transport tram / bus stop is 100 meters away.
The space
It's a mansion. The entrance is on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the living room and an open kitchen. reach via the stairs to the second floor which also contained a separate toilet. On this floor there is the spacious light room with patio doors to a small balcony. The room has a double bed and a TV. Also present a kettle for making tea / coffee. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom , equipped with towels and what is needed.
In consultation is to visit the roof as possible.

It is possible to sit chill in the living room, or to make use of the kitchen.
