Garden Room Apartment in the city center

Our Garden Room apartment is in the center of the city with great places to meet, shop, dine out or have breakfast within a hundred meters. Out the front door you will be in the bustling atmosphere of the city and at the back the doors opens to a garden with birds, trees and flowers. The garden is NO smoking.
The apartment was renovated in November 2022 with a great bathroom and a shower that no longer opens to the kitchen.

The space
Our house is in the old part of the city center. It was built in 1888 and is five stories high with wooden floors. You have a whole floor available in the raised basement which is a few steps down from street level and almost flush with the garden level. You have windows at front and back, so there’s plenty of light. You enter through the left front door. You share the hall immediately behind the door with the first floor, which is a few steps up. This floor is available as an apartment on Airbnb as well.

Within 250 meters there’s a big variety of things that you want nearby: shops, breakfast places, restaurants, cafes, a night shop, and the Emergency Room of the Erasmus University Hospital. There are four superarkets within 700 meters.
