Full ground floor, 2 rooms, patio & private bath

This ground-floor apartment in a 17th-century Jordaan townhouse is ideal for history buffs and couples or small groups (up to 4) who want to be in the thick of Amsterdam’s most iconic neighborhood. The private ground-floor layout includes two rooms, a patio, and your own bathroom — a rare find in the historic center. You’ll be steps from the Nine Little Streets shopping district, Anne Frank House, Dam Square, and the Westertower, with countless bars, restaurants, and boutiques right outside. Standout amenities include blackout shades, a hair dryer, and a hot water kettle, plus linens and cleaning products provided. Note: the house has original thin walls and floors, so you may hear footsteps from above or street sounds — it’s part of the authentic Jordaan experience, not a silent retreat. For trip planning, this is a walk-to-everything base for exploring Amsterdam’s core, with easy access to public transport and a laundromat nearby.

Centrum-West places you in the Jordaan, Amsterdam’s trendiest district for food, art, and nightlife. The apartment sits on a quiet street yet is a short walk to the Anne Frank House, Westertower, and the Nine Little Streets — a maze of boutiques and cafes. You’ll hear neighbors and street life due to the 1800s building, but that’s the trade-off for being in the heart of the action. Quiet hours after 9 or 10 PM are expected. Perfect for visitors who want to dive into local culture without a rental car.
