The apartment is ideally located in the trendy and lively Spaarndammerstraat, against the beautiful green Westerpark and Haarlemmerplein in the hart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the Jordaan and City center.

Our home (renovated luxurious apartment) is a very comfortable family house. On the first floor and -1 floor and garden. Big family kitchen and a super nice roof terrace of 35m2 to bbq, relax or have diners in the evening sun on the quiet back.

The space
Downstairs (two stairs deep!) you will find one very big and high bedroom with a double bed, split level working area. A second big bedroom with bunkbed (which can convert in a double bed), a split level space for children to play and/or sleep. A beautiful big bathroom with shower, bath and washing area. A third bedroom with double loft bed. All rooms are very lightly.

By bike you will be within 10 minutes on central station. Public transport bus-stop is 50m around the corner. Lots of shops, supermarket 20m on the left, trendy bars and restaurants all around. Across the street you find a playgarden, and in summer you can swim in 't IJ from the terrace of Hotel Boat & Co.

You can enjoy Amsterdam's fabulous musea and atmosphere by bike or walking, but also really nice routes to the beautiful country side in the North or to the beach (25 km).
