Bel-Etage in the city Center

In a building from 1888 the bel-etage is the floor above a raised basement. I's in the most lively part of the city with a variety of shops and restaurants out the front door and a green oasis with a balcony at the back of the floor.

The space
The front room (4x6m) has windows to the street and a bed of 160x200cm. It has two comfortable chais and a TV and it is separated from tha back room with a sliding stained glass door. The dining room is 4x6m with a table that's big enough for dinner and work. it borders on an open kitchen with a gas stove and an electric oven. And there's a separate bathroom that you recah from the dining room with a shower and a toilet. We have a fiber to the home internet with 1Gigabit up and down.
