The living room has a comfortable sitting area to watch the flat-screen TV. There’s a beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need and a nice dining area. You also have a bath, if you want to relax. The apartment is recently renovated and has been stylishly designed. It’s really an oasis in the city…
The space
The open bedroom on the upper floor is accessible via the spiral staircase. Upstairs is a beautiful new bathroom with shower and natural light and a small terrace. Downstairs is the living room overlooking the canal, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony with morning sun.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the top floor of a typical Dutch house from 1899 with steep and narrow stairs. Therefore I recommend best

Neighbourhood
Area notes from the Airbnb listing — cross-check on Airbnb before booking.
The apartment is located in a quiet street right between food hallen & 9 straatjes. It’s within a short walking distance of the canals, Rijksmuseum and the Vondelpark. You will find many nice little restaurants and bars just around the corner. Oud-West is a beautiful place to live, because everything is quiet close. I love to grap a a coffee and a nice pastry from one of the many bakers in the area and enjoy it at vondelpark or at my terrace. People are super friendly here and you will feel right at home!
