During its short run, Yuki Amsterdam offered a distinctive Japanese dining experience, specializing in premium sushi and wagyu. Patrons could indulge in an "all you can eat sushi & wagyu set" during its soft opening, which featured high-quality selections. The set included items such as Australian M9 Wagyu tartare, Wagyu sushi, M8 Australian Wagyu Stone BBQ, and A5 Japanese Wagyu Ribeye Sukiyaki, complemented by unlimited Japanese sides and various sushi options. This experience aimed to cater to diners seeking a luxurious and extensive culinary adventure in the heart of Amsterdam.

During its promotional period, the all-you-can-eat set was priced at €59, offering significant value for the premium ingredients and expansive menu. For those opting for individual dishes, delivery services also listed items such as Drogon Rolls for €13.50, Tuna nigiri (2 pcs) for €4.50, Salmon sashimi (4 pcs) for €6.00, and Teriyaki Chicken for €8.50.
