Authentic Playful Sunny Studio

This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Its one street away from Rotterdam central station (trains, busses, trams, subway, ov bikes). The city centre is 10 min walking, so its close the all the shops en cafe’s.

Whenever the sun is shining you’ll catch it all day on the balcony, where you can chill and sit in silence. I like to keep my place alive and playful so feel free to play some of my instruments, listen to some funky cassettes or read a book!

The space
It's a small 2 room studio. The bed, kitchen table and little chill area are in the biggest room and all the instruments and closet space are in the small room that is attached to the entrance of the balcony.

There is a bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a shower.

The kitchen is quite large in comparison to the rest of the studio, so I hope you feel invited to show off your best cooking skills! You will find all the basics a kitchen normally off

It's a friendly and quiet neighbourhood just outside of the rowdy city centre.
