There is a 40% monthly discount. I frequently travel for longer periods and rent out my place while I'm gone. I leave my things as-is, and you're free to use as you like - just pretend it's your own home ;)

The space
1st floor contains a spacious living room w/ TV and Nintendo Switch, a newly renovated fully-equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. 2nd floor contains the 2 bedrooms with working set-up (extra monitors), a modern bathroom + toilet. I also recently renovated the balcony!

Guest access
You'll be walking distance to public transport, although there is paid parking right in front of the apartment, but biking is encouraged in the Netherlands :)
