Vintage style apartment with sunny mornings and afternoons in a beautiful, renovated building. Just a 2 min. walk from historical Delfshaven and a 7 min. metro ride to Rotterdam centre.
Metro, tram, taxi, supermarkts, restaurants, nightshop, drugstores, market, landromat etc. are right at your doorstep/ around the corner.

The space
On the ground floor I can offer you a pleasant stay in a large, sunny appartment, decorated in Vintage Style, in my recently renovated, 1920's house, situated on a lovely, lively, little square.
My house is only just a two minute walk from Historical Delfshaven and close to Rotterdam Centre.
The apartment has a comfortable, living room with two large windows, a marble floor and is furnished with a large couch, two comfortable seats and a table model refrigerator.
The dining area with marble floor is furnished with a dining table for four, a comfortable chair with computertable and a wardrobe.

Visit the district of Delfshaven, located close to vibrant Rotterdam centre. In Multicultural Delfshaven no one is an outsider. The people are relaxed and friendly.
The building is situated on a lovely, little, lively square with benches, an organic shop and McDonalds next door. Around the corner left and right you will find drugstores, money exchange, teller machine, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers,internetcafe, nailstudio, fresh fishstore, boutcher, a landromat and a large variety of other small stores.
In romantic16th century Historical Delfshaven, close to the building, you will find a small beerfactory, art studio's , a large poolcafé and various nice restaurants.
Across the street is a large supermarket (Jumbo, open from 08:00 to 21:00 seven days a week). On Thursday and Saturday there is a large market at a 5 minute walking distance from the apartment, where you can buy a variety of products.
