Very beautiful, 17th century, charming, sunny and quiet house in the center of Amsterdam (Jordaan), with a balcony and a terrace. Close to Noordermarkt, shops, cafe's and restaurants.

The space
The house is spacious with a big living room with design furniture and an open kitchen. The kitchen has all the facilities you'll need, like a dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine etc. At the backside of the house there is a private terrace where you can enjoy the peacefulness and the sun.
A peaceful master bedroom (with kingsize bed) is located on the first floor. Next to this room is the bathroom with bath tub, separate douche and toilet.
The balcony can be entered from the master bedroom.
On the second floor you'll find two bedrooms with in each room a single bed and a sofa bed for two persons. Next to these rooms is a toilet and a little bathroom with shower and sink.
On the top floor you'll find the washing machine and dryer.

The house is located walking/cycling distance from everything you want to see! The canals, 'the Nine Streets' (very popular shopping area), Red Light District, musea, Anne Frank house, flower market, the Royal Palace, galleries, bars, cafe's, restaurants. The house is located in 'the Jordaan', the creative centre of Amsterdam. The supermarkets are 1 minute away. The famous Saturday (bio) markets and the Monday flee market are around the corner. You can make a canal boat trip during the day and night and enjoy the amazing 16th century architecture of Amsterdam. You can easily visit the trendy upcoming 'North' (with a free ferry ride leaving from central station), where you will find the new 'EYE' filmmuseum.
