Today, it’s a magnet for art galleries, specialty shops, and diverse restaurants, with a relaxed, village-like atmosphere. You’ll find the Anne Frank House, the Nine Streets shopping district, and the Westerpark all within a short walk, while the nearby Brouwersgracht offers scenic canal-side strolls. The area is well-connected by trams and bikes, but most attractions are easily reachable on foot.
