This comfortable 1930's private guest room, with it's own entrance and private balcony, is conveniently located near all mayor transport such as the central railwaystation, the airport, tram and the subway. Its situated in the lovely old (1930's) north part of Rotterdam and only a 15min. walk from the city centre!

The space
This beautiful guest-room sits on the top floor of an old 1930's building in one of the most green neighborhoods of Rotterdam.

The room has a big bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower and a separate toilet.

There is a private balcony were u can enjoy your morning coffee with an amazing view of the park.

Guest access
It's full rental, so you'll have access to everything. I will provide you with shampoo, towels and linnen, but don't forget to bring your own toothbrush!

The place is located at the top floor of a 3 story 1930’s building, staircases are narrow so walking stairs is inevitab

Situated only 10 min. from Rotterdam city center in the old and lush green part of Rotterdam. With an architectual national monument (Bergpolderflat) right on the doorstep! The neighbourhood has some cozy restaurants, shops and parks to explore.

You're in the center within moments. Here you can visit 'the Markthal', 'Cube houses', 'Witte de Withstraat' and many museums or architectural highlights. If you cycle the other way, to 'Kralingen' you will find the ever and green 'Kralingse Bos' where you can take a soothing walk or rent a boat for the day to explore Rotterdam by water.
