Spacious house in Rotterdam City

Located in the Old North of Rotterdam, our house, which we care for and love, is spacious and yet cozy. The neighbourhood has restaurants, bars and cafes of its own and a lovely atmosphere. It is simple and easy to get to the city centre, while still sleeping in a quiet, peaceful surroundings.

The space
The house is a classic dutch house from the outside, and modernly renovated from the inside. It is a two stories house - a ground floor and a souterrain.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen, toilets and the terrace.

Going down the stairs (please note that these are dutch, steep stairs), you will go down to the souterrain, where you will find the master bedroom, the bathroom, second toilets, and a second bedroom - which you can use to sleep, work or watch TV in.
