Our spacious 3-story (aprox 150 m2) city apartment/house includes 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms), 1 terrace-balcony and a lovely garden.

The house is centrally located in a beautiful, quiet street in the city centre of Rotterdam. It's an ideal location to explore the local neighborhood and to discover downtown Rotterdam and the rest of the city. Close to subway, bus and tram.

Souterrain (basement, half below street level)
The souterrain is half below street level and includes 2 bedrooms.
The 1st bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed and a small desk. You can directly access the garden from the master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom is a small but cosy single bedroom.

The souterrain also features a bathroom with an rainshower, sink and oak wood details. There is a separate toilet on this floor. In the hallway you can use the washing machine and dryer. We have a baby cot available.

The house is centrally located in a beautiful, quiet street in the city centre of Rotterdam. It's a ideal location to explore the local neighborhood and to discover downtown Rotterdam and the rest of the city. The Nieuwe Binnenweg, the longest and most vibrant alternative shopping street of Rotterdam, runs parallel (one block north) to our street. The street is a perfect example of Rotterdam’s diversity. It features a surprising mix of original and authentic stores, local bakeries and coffee places, as well as many bar/restaurants with food from all over the world. Just around our corner are two well-stacked supermarkets (one of which organic). Also around the corner you’ll find one of the best and most relaxed coffee bars in town (Urban Espresso Bar West) and grand cafe (Westerpaviljoen), various great restaurants (Italians, Gourmet Burger, French, Surinam) and a jazz club just around the corner.
