The apartment is situated right between the beautiful Vondelpark and relaxed Westerpark. Although close to the city centre the neighbourhood is developing in a fast pace recently. More and more trendy bars and restaurants start to appear which allows to give you a different picture of Amsterdam and to see something more then only the hotspots. Visit the 'Foodhallen' for a small bite in a relaxed atmosphere or enjoy dinner and drinks at the 'Kanarieclub', both are fun for sure and close by.

Shops in the immediate area include bakeries, butchers, various supermarkets, bioshops, ATM machines, restaurants, bars, and other shops, all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
