De voorkant is gelegen aan het “Westbroekpark” en achter het huis bevindt zich een smal tuintje met duurzaam theehuisje/werkplek in een groene omgeving. Met 15 minuten wandelen staat u op het strand, het park ligt meteen voor de deur. Het gehele huis is voor jullie beschikbaar en wordt niet gedeeld met anderen. Het huis heeft een eigen ingang.
