River ArtHouse - unique apartment with the view

Light, spacious and cozy 1 floor apartment located on the river side with a gorgeous view to the water.
The house contains some original elements, like old marble fire places and has a spacious living room with vintage design furnitures, a sunny bedroom, a modern kitchen and a freshly renovated bathroom.
It is a place with the soul and if you listen carefully, you may hear the stories carried by the seagulls and boats passing by.

Guest access
You'll have an access to the first floor of the apartment and can comfortably use everything that's in. The upper levels are private.
I will provide you with soap, towels and linen, but don't forget to bring your own toothbrush ;)

Located in multicultural Delfshaven, few minutes walk to the metro station, the historical Delfshaven neighbourhood and immediate vicinity of public transport that can take you anywhere in the city, various shops, nice restaurants and recreational places. At walking distance there is Van Nelle Fabriek (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Euromastpark, Erasmus Medical Centre, museums and many many more.
Great Food Market at the Visserijplein - 2 times a week (Thurs & Sat) - with vendors for fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat, clothing, shoes & housewares.
