The space
Our spacious room, within a villa where we live ourselves, will offer you a pleasant stay away from home.
Located on the first floor of our house, accessed by a wide, not steep, staircase.
We offer a new kingsize pocket spring bed, luxurious all cotton bedlinnen with a 320 thread count, your own brand new private bathroom, fast free wifi, block out curtains/roller blinds, a very quiet airconditioning/converter (heating).

Our house is located in a low traffic, quiet and very friendly street.
The peaceful & beautiful neighborhood is strategically located at the Zuidas/WTC and RAI. There are several locations to enjoy breakfast at a 5 minute walk or have your breakfast in your room.
At the Zuidas you will find many great restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Boutique shops and grocery stores are only a 7 minute walk to the Beethovenstraat.
Shopping Mall Gelderlandplein is a 15 minute walk.
The bathroom is solely for this room as an ensuite bathroom with towels, shower toiletries and a hairdryer.
There is a refrigerator on the landing for cool storage.
On the refrigerator there are more coffee capsules, tea and sugar.
There is a water cooker in the bathroom.
Early bagage drop and late pick up are possible.
The lovely Beatrixpark, which is just a 5 minute walk, ideal for a morning jog.
