The space is 75 square meters. My apt. is located 15 min from city centre and nearby popular Westerpark with a lot of restaurants & bars. The neighbourhood is safe and relaxed. It's changed a lot the last 10 years and the area is upcoming with new coffee and lunch spots. A supermarket, bike rental, bars, coffee bar, local market & bakery nearby. My house has a lot of daylight and balcony with sun untill 8/9pm. Available for couples & business people or 30+ years of age only. No parties allowed!

It's a nice walk or ride to the Westerpark. It's really nearby. You can find nice bars /restaurants like: Mossels and Gin, Pacific and North Sea Jazz club. At NSJ can find some nice concerts. It's also possible to do some nice BBQ at the park. Buy some meat and fish and a small BBQ and you're ready.
