Private room in a Historical Building! City Centre

This private room in a historic 1785 building is ideal for small groups or families who want a central Amsterdam base with a local, lived-in feel. You'll have your own lockable bedroom for up to four people, while sharing the bathroom and toilet with just one other guest. The apartment is on the second floor (no ground-level entrance), and the building's elevator makes luggage easy. Key amenities include WiFi, a hair dryer, and a host who greets you personally, adding a welcoming touch for first-time visitors. The room's location is a standout for trip planning: it's directly opposite the NEMO Science Museum, perfect for families, and there's glow-in-the-dark mini golf right under the building for rainy-day fun. Breakfast and lunch spots are steps away, and the surrounding Centrum-Oost area offers easy access to bike rentals, nightlife, and shopping within walking distance. This is a practical choice for travelers who prioritize location and character over luxury, and who are comfortable with shared facilities in a lively, historic neighborhood.

Centrum-Oost places you right in the thick of Amsterdam's historic core, with the NEMO Science Museum literally across the street and a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course under your building.
