Private room and luxurious private bathroom

I offer a spacious private bedroom and a luxurious private bathroom in a quiet neighbourhood, within a short walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the city center and the main attractions. Bus and tram lines are just at the corner of the street.
You will have your own access to the apartment. But you, me and my visitors do use the same hallway. The bedroom can be locked. Wifi is available., Caution: there is no separate kitchen,but a small possibillity to cook (electric)

The space
The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. It contains a tv, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There are also plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery present. The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and a toilet. Caution: there is no separate kitchen.
