nice light studio appt a'dam centr

This very light 60 m^2 studio appt has a great view over water. It is located on the ground floor of the appt building. It has got all facilities for a comfortable stay in the centr of A'dam. The area is quiet yet near nice touristic venues.

The space
The space is perfect for a couple. The space is big enough for an extra person but before making a reservation for that i would like to discuss it. I am a bit hesitant when it comes to risk of noise that might bother my neighbours. So please be honest so we can make a mutual decision if my space is suitable for your situation.

Guest access
The appt has a spacious bathroom, a well equiped kitchen where you could use everyting that is available. This includes herbs, olive (or other) oils, and basic ingredients. I always try to have some basic ingredients for a meal and breakfast waiting for you, as well as some fruit and snacks.

The appt is located at the ground floor of the building in a quiet part of the city. Which formerly was the eastern harbor part of town. It is 8 minutes walking distance from the local zoo (Artis), the local Amsterdam Brewery "Brouwerij Het IJ" (where you have nice tours and tasting possibilities) 10 mins from the "muziekgebouw" and "Passenger Terminal", 20 mins walking distance from CS. Although there is a lot of interesting things to see in this neighborhood it is not the most touristic part of town. Nothing in Amsterdam is very far away but if you want to be able to walk to the big museums you will have to take a bus or tram (nearby), or of course the bicycle (Which will take you to the big museums in about 20 minutes).
The bicyle is the most appreciated way of transport in Amsterdam. I used to sometimes arrange a bike for my guests. I don't provide this service anymore (except for those cases where i allready promised to do it before i quit this service).
