Garage conversion apartment, situated in the upcoming hip/artistic neighbourhood A'dam Old West. 20 min walk (and 7 min tram or bike ride!) to the centre. Cosy interior, typical Dutch details & vintage design decorations. Next to the house is a little park. For 2 - 4 persons.

The space
The apartment is on the ground floor, 60 square meters and has its own private entrance. There is a large, open living room with basic kitchen facilities, a separate sleeping room for two persons, and a separate bathroom with great shower and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed with underneath a comfortable pull-out bed for 1 or 2 extra persons.

Check in (after) 2pm, check out (before) 11am, but if there will be no guests before or after your stay, these times are flexible. If needed you can store your luggage.

The apartment is located on a 20 minutes walking distance (and 7 minutes bike ride!) from the centre of Amsterdam with the famous Jordaan, Canals, "

The apartment is in a quiet street and literally next to the house is a little park with a playground and a children's farm - very unique in Amsterdam! Also very nearby is the Bellamyplein, a cosy small square which in summer is a favourite hang out for parents with small children because of a little pool.

In our neighbourhood (Old West) are a lot of good restaurants and coffee bars, for example in our street the delicious Italian restaurant "Spaghetteria". At the end of the street starts the authentic Ten Kate Market. The newest addition to the area's hip dining scene is "De Hallen Amsterdam". A centre for culture, food, fashion and crafts which recently won the Geurt Brinkgreve Bokaal 2014, a prestigious price for architecture and heritage. Within a 5 minute walk you enter "De Hallen" with a movie theatre, gallery, library, Local Goods Store, bicycle store, and so on, and the great "Foodhallen" where you can enjoy a large variety of delicious bites and drinks.
