Luxurious Family Home

We primarily rent out to FAMILY units! Our family home has been newly renovated ('20-'22). We actually live in our house and only Airbnb when we ourselves are on vacation. As the house was a joined 2 addresses, we can host up to 8 people (families). We abide by both Airbnb rules, Amsterdam city and building rules.

We have airbnb-ed our house for several years and only set up a new account to showcase the result of our renovations. The house has more space, new toilets/baths and a roof terrace.

The space
We live on the 3rd and 4th floor of an apartment building. This means there are 3 flights of stairs before you are in our house (!).
On the 3rd floor you will find our living room, dining space and open plan kitchen. You will also find a toilet, a shower and a washing/dryer area.
On the 4th floor you will find 4 separate bedrooms (2 for couples, 2 for kids), a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and a reading/crafts nook.
On the 5th floor

De Baarsjes is an up and coming neighbourhood of Amsterdam. There are plenty of shops & restaurants around, but also play grounds and parks. Conveniently it has 1 road to Dam square (10 min tram/bike, 20 min walk), so for sightseeing and some well deserved family rest, it is a great location to be.
