The street in which the apartment is located is a beautiful broad lane with lots of parking space and lots of trees. It is located in Middeland. This neighbourhood is just west of the city center and is a vibrant place with many small shops, bars and restaurants, such as in the 1e Middellandstraat, West-Kruiskade and Nieuwe Binnenweg. There are also some parks closeby: de Heemraadssingel, Het Park next to the Euromast and Museumpark hosting 4 well known museums.
