Beautifully newly renovated home, located near the city centre. 1-minute walk from tram station which leads directly to centre. Home has a spacious bathroom and two separate toilets. The living room and kitchen are fitted with most modern conveniences. Fully furnished baby room available.

Beautifully renovated 1930s house with characteristic stained glass windows. Very comfortably equipped with all mod cons, including but not limited to a kitchen with two ovens, underfloor heating, full home cinema, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
One of the rooms can also be used as an extra baby or children's room. We can set up a travel bed for this if desired.
