Centrum-West is the vibrant core of Amsterdam, blending historic charm with modern energy. The 9 Streets (De Negen Straatjes) are a web of narrow lanes filled with independent boutiques, vintage shops, cozy cafés, and art galleries. You’re steps from the Anne Frank House, the Westerkerk, and the bustling Jordaan district, yet the canal-side location keeps things peaceful. Public transport is excellent, with trams and the central station nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.
