House by the Lake

Two story, two bedroom apartment house with high quality design furniture throughout, perfect for a long term stay.

The location is by the beautiful Kralingse Plas, ideal for walks/runs in nature, and still close to the city center of Rotterdam.

There is street parking, which is paid on week days from 9am-6pm at 1.76 euros per hour, and free outside those hours.

Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for students.

Please ask if you are planning to bring a pet :)

The space
On the upper ground floor there is the open plan kitchen, and dining/living room with a balcony facing South. On the lower ground floor there are two large bedrooms, one with a double Auping bed and one with two single beds that can be separate or pushed together. The largest bedroom has access the a small patio garden.
