Room adjacent to studio by toilet which is shared only during workshops and lessons, mostly in the afternoon. Pantry in studio with coffee/tea, microwave, refrigerator, stove, pans and cutlery. Pantry is in the first instance for a workshop and, therefore, not always squeaky clean (paint etc). Own access. Metro 50 meters. 10 minutes to city centre. Brought bicycles can be stored indoors.
