This old style apartment in the canal district of beautiful Old West is less than ten minutes by bike or tram to the center. Museum Square is 15 minutes by bike or tram.

It's a 3 bedroom apartment. There will be 1 or 2 other people. It's usually very quiet. Schedules vary so people often don't see eachother.

There is usually no waiting for bathroom facilities - shower and toilet are separate - bedrooms have private sink.

The space
The private bedroom is for one guest only.

The bedroom has a high ceiling, large double glass doors with a view of the back garden. It is 8.5 square meters. The bedroom has a hot/cold water sink and mirror with plenty of hooks to hang towels and clothes. Three cabinets provide ample storage space. The bed is 1.40 x 1.90 meters and medium soft.

Towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps are provided.

This is a trendy residential neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and cafes. This scenic Old West district offers quick access to the center by tram in 6 minutes. I often walk to the center which is 20 minutes and to the foodhall and cinemas in Old West is about 15 minutes.

There are many cafés, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets and large squares just a few minutes walk.

The Museum Square with the Van Gogh, Rijks and Stedelijk Museums is about 15 minutes by tram or bike.

Central Station and Sloterdijk Station are 10 to 15 minutes by tram or bus.

There are five city parks all within a 10 minute bike ride. De Hallen with a large food hall and 10 film theaters is about a 15 minute walk. The Center is about 20 minutes walking to Nassaukade or about 6 minutes by tram to Marnixstraat.
