We offer you a comfortable room with private bathroom and toilet. The room is located in the attic and has access to our roof patio.

You won't stay in a posh residential area, but in an urban neighbourhood next to the center. It's an Airbnb as it was meant to be, because you are staying in someone's private home.

The space
Your room is located under the roof which gives it a special atmosphere. Mainly white coloured and airy, the accents and the wooden floor make the room cozy and homely. Next to the bed you'll find a small table with two chairs and an armchair. Take a seat and relax with a cup of tea or coffee using the tea- or coffee maker right next to you. We live in the middle of the Middelland-district next to the center of the city. It is a real Rotterdam neighbourhood, urban and not polished up for tourism. The area is pleasantly vibrant with many options for a drink, quick meal or dinner just around the corner, on the Nieuwe Binnenweg street. Supermarkets and other shops are also located here. Our street is quite and calm, giving you a good rest at night!
