Cozy room in a good location!

You are welcome to the house in the great location in Rotterdam West! I have a lovely atmospheric room on the 1st floor. Shared bathroom, toilet and equipped kitchen are also on the 1st floor. I live on the 3d floor. The house is in a quiet street, thus you have a good rest. Also, the house has very fast fiber optic internet:)

Other things to note
Kindly note, the house heating system is with electrical heaters. Temperature in your room and bathroom is 19-20 degrees. In kitchen and toilet is colder.
The entrance is with stairs, from ground to 1st floor.

The house is located in the New West, which was designed in the early 20th century by Gerrit de Jongh. All city centre main tourist points, restaurants and bars are accessible within 5-10 minutes cycling. I can share with you my second bike or help you to rent your own.
A neighborhood is a mix of stately and wide streets with canals interspersed with less busy streets. The central position that the New West occupies is also a huge plus. You are right behind the parks and if you walk through them or use the small ferry, you will already be at the door of Diergaarde Blijdorp. The green character of the New West is also reflected in 'de Spoortuin'. Here local residents maintain a piece of wilderness with beautiful flowers and plants.
Around the corner from the apartment you will find various shops, restaurants, entertainment and cultural entertainment. The center is nearby and there is more than enough to experience in a metropolis.
