Cozy home in a historic Amsterdam building

We are renting out our own home while we are traveling. We will accept only the guests who need a temporary stay for several days or weeks in Amsterdam and would take care of our space as their own home. It is perfect as home office. Not suitable for large group (more than 2 guests) of individuals sharing. Parties are strickly restricted. Our co-host will be available next building for check-in and any in person support.

The space
Beautiful historical monumental building for an authentic Amsterdam experience. You can watch the real Amsterdam life entire day from the windows. The apartment consists of two floors where the main enterence on the second floor of the building. On the first floor there is a living room including sofa, armchairs, window seat/pouf, dining table and a dedicated home office space with a monitor, ergonomic desk and chair in the corner. Haarlemmerdijk is a lovely shopping street with full of cozy cafes and boutique shops which keep it lively during the day. It is extremely quite at nights for residents. However there might be noisy groups walking by at night especially in tourist season. The street is closed to car traffic, only bikes allowed. It is a perfect location at central Amsterdam in the edge of Jordaan neighborhood and 15 min. walking distance to Central Station. At the same time it is quite and green residential neighborhood within 10 min. walking distance to Westerpark.
